About the Conference

Welcome to the Mini Symposium on Integrated Natural and Applied Sciences (MINDS) 2026

The Mini Symposium on Integrated Natural and Applied Sciences (MINDS) 2026 is an academic forum organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI). The symposium will be held on January 20th, 2026, at Campus FMIPA Universitas Indonesia, Depok, bringing together researchers, academics, and students to share and discuss recent advances in integrated natural and applied sciences.

MINDS 2026 is held through a collaborative initiative between Universitas Indonesia, City University of Hong Kong, and Guangxi University. This collaboration is intended to foster long-term academic partnerships among the three institutions, while also opening opportunities for future collaboration with participating researchers, institutions, and stakeholders who share similar research interests.

MINDS 2026 is designed to foster interdisciplinary dialogue by bridging fundamental scientific research with applied methodologies and real-world applications. The scope of this mini symposium spans a wide range of topics, including the implementation of basic sciences in renewable energy, material sciences, and their applications in addressing real-world and societal challenges.

Building upon the spirit of collaborative and cross-disciplinary research, MINDS 2026 provides a focused platform for participants to present their latest research findings, exchange ideas, and explore innovative approaches to complex scientific problems. Through presentations and discussions, the symposium encourages constructive interactions that promote scientific rigor, creativity, and practical relevance.

The organizing committee is committed to maintaining high academic standards while preserving an open and collegial atmosphere. It is our hope that MINDS 2026 will offer valuable insights, inspire new collaborations, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of integrated natural and applied sciences.

We warmly welcome all prospective participants and look forward to your active contribution to making MINDS 2026 a stimulating and rewarding academic experience.
