About the Conference
Welcome to the 10th International Symposium on Current Progress in Mathematics and Sciences (ISCPMS 2025).
The ISCPMS is an annual event organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FMIPA UI). This year, the symposium will be held offline on August 20th–21st, 2025, in R Rancamaya Hotel, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia.
The symposium embraces a wide range of interdisciplinary topics, spanning Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, and Environmental Sciences. Building on the success of previous editions, this international gathering invites students, academics, and researchers to present and share their scientific contributions.
We aim to provide an engaging platform for participants to exchange insights, discuss current challenges, and explore innovative solutions through open and respectful dialogue. The symposium continues to serve as a fertile ground for academic collaboration and has contributed to numerous respected scientific publications since its inception in 2015.

Registration Fee
The registration fee includes full access to all sessions on August 20th–21st, lunch and refreshments on both days, dinner on the first day, a seminar kit, and a certificate of attendance/presentation.

*Early bird payment must be proven by the date on the transfer receipt, which must be no later than August 6th, 2025.
**Student must provide valid proof of student status—such as a student ID card or an official enrollment letter—at the time of abstract submission. This documentation is required to verify eligibility for the student category.
Payment
Please make your payment only after your abstract has been officially accepted, following the registration schedule. Payment instructions will be provided along with the acceptance notification. Kindly note that all registration fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the registration is completed.

Submission Guidelines
Abstract Preparation
Before submitting your extended abstract, please ensure that it adheres to the specified format and guidelines.
- The extended abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract should be maximum of 2 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references.
- It must follow the official conference template (available here).
- The content should clearly state the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the work.
- The file must be submitted in PDF format through the online submission system.
All authors’ names and affiliations must be clearly stated. - Keywords (3–5) should be included after the abstract.
- Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
Submitting Your Abstract
ISCPMS 2025 uses an online submission system to manage abstract submissions from participants. To submit your abstract, registration and login are required—this will also allow you to receive a paper ID and track the status of your submission.
Once your abstract is ready, please upload it through the submission system. If you have previously participated in FMIPA UI conferences, please proceed by clicking Login. If this is your first time joining an FMIPA UI conference and you do not yet have a username and password, please click Registration to create a new account.
Be sure to complete all required fields when creating your account, including your first and last name, affiliation, valid email address, and country. After registering, enter the details of your abstract in the online submission system, including the information of all co-authors. Then, upload your abstract file and, if applicable, your student ID.
Please remember that the information you provide will be used by the organizing committee to prepare essential conference materials. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or errors in these materials.

Review Process
All submitted abstracts will be evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers will assess each submission based on originality, clarity, methodology, and relevance to the symposium’s theme. Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstract for presentation within 1 to 2 weeks after submission. Accepted abstracts will be compiled and published in the official Book of Abstracts by the organizing committee.
Presentation and Attendance
If your abstract is accepted, you will be required to present it at the conference. Ensure that at least one of the authors registers for the conference and attends to present the abstract. The abstract which are not presented at the conference shall be deemed “no-show”.
Publication Opportunities
The Organizing Committee of ISCPMS 2025 is pleased to offer the opportunity for selected high-quality papers to be considered for publication in reputable Scopus-indexed journals. This opportunity is extended to participants whose work demonstrates strong scientific merit, originality, and alignment with the respective journal’s scope. Please be advised that inclusion in the journal publication is not automatic, and final acceptance is subject to the editorial policies and additional peer-review processes of the respective journals. Only papers that meet the academic and editorial standards of the selected journals will be recommended and considered for publication.
